We find the perfect vendors for you based on taste, budget, and personality and of course, your best Pinterest ideas. We will assist in scouting for Ceremony & Reception sites that meet your budget and stylistic needs. This includes coordinating appointments, in-person visits (actual number based on needs) and reviewing everything before the contract is signed.

 

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE

We schedule hair and makeup appointments for the weekend of the wedding, attend dress fittings, and act as a trusted advisor for any special personal or family needs.

 

GUEST SERVICES

We negotiate hotel blocks, assist with assembling personalized welcome bags, booking of transportation, and act as the guest concierge to provide information on local activities and sights.

 

ORGANIZATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Creation of your wedding timeline down to each minute, including every tiny detail of your event. Assist in creating your personal, password-protected event website to organize your guest list, table assignments, etc. Organize a binder, including your planning calendar, important documents, budget, task lists, and design photos.

 

EVENT INSTALLATION & PRODUCTION

We oversee your entire event from start to finish, keeping the event running smoothly and on time. We include as many site walk-throughs as necessary to perfect and prevent any hiccup that may occur. We always have at least two planners at each wedding, and the hours we put in are not limited.
