You are busy, we can only imagine…. Let us take some of the chaos off your plate! This level of service can take on a host of characteristics, tailored to the specific event at hand. Each client has their own vision, and each venue has a little something different to offer. The goal is to create a package that works for you and your event, to create your dream vision on our time.

 

MONTH OF COORDINATION

Starting about six to eight weeks before the big day, we will iron out all schedules and vendor contributions, making sure they are up to par with your expectations and our standards. We will take on the tedious; more detail oriented tasks so that you can focus on enjoying the last month of your engagement. About four weeks before, you will sit down to discuss all the fine details with your Coordinator. We will troubleshoot any things that you may not have addressed and develop your timeline.  We will then reach out to all of your vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page! On the Day of the wedding itself, we will be there to oversee all aspects of the day — from vendor set up, to photo sessions and of course, the reception.

 

CUSTOMIZABLE PLANNING

If you prefer to do some of the planning yourself and want to design a custom partial package, that too is an option. Indelible Events is also available to handle any other pre- or post-wedding events. In addition, we are happy to assist you with any unique services you may require. We eagerly and capably handle any reasonable requests!
