What if you want something less traditional for dessert at your wedding? Perhaps you and your groom are partial to savoy over sweet. Maybe you are gluten free. Here are some appetizing options for switching up the dessert table at your wedding

Cupcakes. Cute as can be and already in individual serving sizes, cupcakes are an adorable dessert choice! You can have them done in theme with the colors of your event, or monogram your initials in icing. There are plenty of sweet options to choose from.

Make Your Own Sundae bar. Growing up, the ultimate party dessert was a make your own sundae bar. Turns out everyone likes ice cream, and a sundae bar is a treat for guests of all ages! Pick out a few of your favorite flavors, add a table of toppings and a cherry on top for a fun, do it yourself dessert!

Cheese. Savory desserts are trending in weddings this year, especially cheese. A mixture of various cheeses, some soft, some firm, some strong, some mild, with accompaniments of honey, jams, nuts, crackers and fruit make a beautiful display and a delicious, albeit savory alternative to the sweet, traditional wedding cake.
